Ground School
There are two ways to complete a ground school. One is a self-paced home study course, reviewed with your instructor. The other is an organized ground school. Both prepare you to pass the FAA written test for which ever certificate you are training for. Hemet Flight Center has an option no matter, which way you wish to study for your certificate.

We have home study courses available for use at our facility whenever you have the time to study. (Sorry these courses are not available to take home) They utilize computer-based training and have been very successful.

We also have an organized small group ground school. Actually we offer two versions of the ground school.

Version 1: This is a multi-week course and is designed to give the student a better grasp of the information, it is not only designed to prepare you for the FAA written exam, but to give you deeper insight as to how and why we learn and do the things we do.

Version 2: This is a packed weekend course, utilizing a dynamic and compact version of the information required to pass the FAA written exam. It is only designed to help you secure a passing grade on the FAA written exam.

Pilot Training
Most of the information provided in this website has been designed for the Private Pilot, While there are more advanced and even more basic ratings available to the prospective pilot this is by far the most common choice for most students.

Hemet Flight Center has made an effort to be able to provide more advanced training to any pilot regardless of their currant rating’s or experience. We also feel a deep desire to provide training for the newest FAA certificate “Sport Pilot” we are currently trying to locate an aircraft, we can add to the fleet that meets the requirements of this new and exciting certificate.

Biennial Flight Review
Every Pilot no, matter their experience level, needs a BFR. Hemet Flight Center has instructors experienced in many different aircraft. We are here to help pilots meet the requirements necessary to continue exercising their privileges. Every BFR program is designed for each and every pilot, based on the types of flying you do. Please call us so we can match you with an instructor ready to help you complete this FAA requirement.

Instrument Proficiency Check
Not unlike the BFR, every instrument pilot must meet certain currency guidelines as set forth by the FAA. And even beyond this, just because your current doesn’t make you safe. Schedule an Instrument Flight with one of our Instructors and be not only current but safe while busting those clouds as well.

Re-Introduction To Flying
Has it been a few months or even years since you have used your Certificate? Hemet Flight Center can tailor a course to get you currant with the regulations and reintroduce you to the joys of flying. Call us now to discuss your situation. We can help.
